The Absolute Encoder is an advanced extension module engineered specifically for MD series controllers. Designed as a through-hole, off-axis absolute encoder, it facilitates highly precise position determination for geared motors (post-startup), direct output shaft control, and the continuous reporting of position and velocity values. This compact, high-performance module is optimized for seamless integration into demanding mobile robotics and automation applications, delivering true absolute measurements instantly upon power-up.
